About the Position
The Office of Future Students is seeking three highly motivated individual with experience in sales and student recruitment to join the Domestic Student Recruitment team. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in crafting strategic plans, enhancing domestic student recruitment, and engaging through proactive sales to foster growth. You will also develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, focusing on generating leads within specific market regions to meet the commencing enrolment targets for undergraduate and graduate programs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategic and operational plans to bolster domestic student recruitment.
  • Enhancing lead generation by effectively representing and promoting Bond University.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding and promoting Bond's pathway programs and academic offerings.
  • Delivering exceptional client service to all university clients and stakeholders.

This role may also require working outside normal business hours and local and interstate travel. About the person

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field, complemented by experience in business development and/or sales.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing student recruitment strategies or equivalent experience in business development and sales.
  • Advanced skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting goals, utilising data for informed decision-making, and understanding of the tertiary education sector.

Salary details

The salary range for this full-time position is $ 93,419.65 to $106,956.00 per annum, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
