OFS is seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Vice President – Future Students (VP-FS) and other senior leaders within this dynamic portfolio. 

This role will ensure the smooth operation of executive functions including HR requirements, diary management, complex travel arrangements, and facilitate strategic communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the VP-FS, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling confidential correspondence.
  • Coordinate HR activities, budget preparation, and operational management across the OFS portfolio.
  • Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and communications with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Office of Future Students and represent the VP-FS in communications.
  • Oversee the preparation of executive-level reports and assist with strategic projects.

About the person

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience in an executive support role, in addition to:

  • High level administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in producing high-level reports, analysis of information and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in managing databases.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $80,787.14 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
