About the Position
Our People Experience team is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to play a key role in fostering the professional growth of our staff. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate impactful training programs, from scheduling sessions to developing and refining engaging content. You'll collaborate closely with the Learning and Development Advisor to ensure each learning opportunity is effectively delivered and widely promoted, driving the continuous development of our employees.

In addition, you'll manage the tracking and reporting of compulsory training, ensuring our staff remains current with essential knowledge. You'll also contribute to enhancing our online training modules, making them more accessible and up-to-date. If you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, this role offers a rewarding opportunity in a collaborative environment.

About the person

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Relevant post-secondary qualification in training and development.
  • Proven experience in coordinating learning and development programs and creating engaging content.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems, including data reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with internal and external parties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary details

The salary for this 0.8 FTE position commences at $ 64,629.71 per annum (Full-time Equivalent is $80,787.14 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum.
