This is a part-time position for the next three-years, working in Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine, Assessment Team. In this position, you will provide administrative support to the organisation and in the delivery of examinations and assessment, will assist in governance and monitoring of student performance, and will provide support to those Academic Staff and Professional Staff involved in examinations and assessment.
This position will report directly to the Manager - Assessment.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with high-level administration skills to become an integral member of the team. In this position, you will thrive on working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team and will be interested in cross-training and progressing your career.
We are looking for someone who:
Has the ability to transfer their existing experience and skills to this position;
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for communicating with a range of people;
Has excellent attention to detail and high-level of IT skills including Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems and Assessment technologies.
Enjoys working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting competing deadlines;
Has experience of working in a customer service focused environment.
Will work harmoniously with others whilst contributing to team outcomes.

The salary for this position commences at (Full-time Equivalent) $61,517.31 per annum, (this would equate to $49,213.85 per annum for 30 hours per week), plus 10.5% superannuation.
