“Beyond Bond” is a personalised, six-semester program completed by every undergraduate student. Redesigned in 2022, the program engages students and staff through recognised curricular and co-curricular activities, student dashboards, microcredentials, and a developmental e-portfolio. The Program Manager will lead the Beyond Bond team and play a crucial role in its continued development.

Working closely with the Assistant Provost, duties of this role will include: 

  • Leading and supporting the Beyond Bond team
  • Working collaboratively across the university to achieve program goals 
  • Promoting the program across the university to build visibility and integrate Beyond Bond in the curriculum
  • Planning and coordinating milestones, completion requirements and outcomes
  • Managing systems that fulfil the mission and goals of the program
  • Managing and monitoring operational budgetary and financial costs to the program

About the person

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Completed study at a level commensurate with the position
  • Extensive experience with program or project coordination
  • Sound knowledge of career development and practice 
  • Demonstrated record of and commitment to quality student outcomes supported by experience in the design, development, innovation and delivery of student services and curriculum
  • Extensive experience in higher education or learning and development environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing staff and leading teams in a fast-paced work environment
  • Working knowledge of IT systems such as iLearn and Student One, and/or recording of student activity

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $104,310.10 (Full Time Equivalent) plus 12% superannuation per annum. Applications will also be considered from candidates seeking a part-time appointment at a minimum 0.8 FTE, $83,448.08 per annum, pro-rata.
