About the position

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Learning and Development Advisor to join the Bond Staff Engagement project. As part of the team responsible for professional development and wellbeing, the Learning and Development Advisor will manage and coordinate the organisation wide professional development program for the University. Commencing at an exciting time, the position will be involved in new professional development projects such as the Leadership Program and streamlining the professional development offerings across the University. 

About the person

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, organisational development, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in learning and development program management, design, and delivery.
  • Experience in training needs analysis, analysing feedback and other data and creating reports and recommendations.
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and a continuous improvement mind set.

Salary details

The salary range for this full-time position is $87,985 to $94,963 per annum (full-time equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation. Applications will also be considered from candidates seeking a part-time appointment at a minimum 80% FTE (30 hours per week), salary pro-rata based on FTE.
