Reporting to the Manager, Medical Program, you’ll provide high‑level, seamless support to the Dean and Co‑Heads of Medicine, working with independence and using strong judgement to keep priorities on track.
As the central coordination point for the Medical Program Executive, you’ll maintain a responsive, well‑organised office and act as a trusted connection across the Faculty and University. You’ll step up confidently during leadership absences, ensuring continuity and consistently high‑quality support. This is a role where your initiative, professionalism and energy will make a real impact every day.

You are a polished, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in complexity and keeps leaders moving forward.
You bring:
- Proven senior-level EA expertise within fast-paced environments such as health, tertiary, or professional services.
- Exceptional organisation and autonomy, seamlessly managing competing priorities with calm efficiency.
- Strong secretariat capability, delivering high‑quality support to committees and functions.
- Sound judgement, confidentiality and excellent communication, confidently engaging stakeholders and navigating Microsoft 365 and business systems with ease.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $71,938.46 per annum, plus 12% superannuation. (HEW 4 equivalent).
