About the Position
Bond University offers a suite of Microcredentials and Executive Learning programs across multiple disciplines, providing flexible professional development opportunities and pathways into degree programs. Executive Learning provides the infrastructure and governance support that underpins the successful delivery of these offerings.
Reporting to the Director of Executive Learning, this role supports Course Developers, Academics, and key stakeholders in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality eLearning and blended learning content. Delivery is predominantly via Articulate and the Blackboard Bond Learner Portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Course Developers, Academics, and stakeholders in the development and delivery of eLearning and blended learning courses
- Assist with instructional design and implement recommended changes to course content
- Conduct functionality testing to ensure courses perform as intended across platforms
- Ensure all courses comply with University quality assurance policies, governance requirements, and Academic Senate oversight
- Administer and support the Bond Learner Platform
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets
- Communicate regularly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high-level administrative and governance support across Executive Learning
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
About the person
You are an experienced and self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing competing priorities. You demonstrate sound professional judgment and are confident acting as a public-facing representative of the Unit.
You will bring:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience supporting eLearning or blended learning environments
- Familiarity with learning platforms such as Articulate and Blackboard (or similar)
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
- A commitment to confidentiality, tact, and professional integrity
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $83,210.75 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
