Admissions Officers are responsible for the efficient administration of admissions processes for both international and domestic applications to the University. This includes applications submitted directly to the University or through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC), as well as processing scholarship applications.
The position assesses qualifications, provides advice and information to faculty staff, prospective students, agents and other University staff, and is also responsible for proactively managing relationships with staff from both Faculty and Recruitment teams across the University.

The successful applicant will:
- Possess a relevant degree or demonstrate relevant prior administrative experience within a university setting.
- Work proactively in a small, fast-paced team environment and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Be a strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
- Demonstrate effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $83,210.75 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
