The Senior Applications Analyst role is a new role at Bond University created to lead a review of the four Symplicity applications in use at Bond University (Access, Advocate, CSM and UniHub) and provide advice on architecture, process improvement, roadmaps and governance. The Analyst will form actionable recommendations based on extensive stakeholder consultation, gap analysis and best practice advice.
The position will also support the current user base through performing application administration tasks, issue resolution, training, and documenting processes to ensure the University maximises the benefits of the Symplicity modules.
About the person
To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Extensive experience within a professional ICT environment covering planning, designing, administering, maintaining, and supporting business applications.
- Demonstrated business analysis skills and experience in undertaken gap analysis in consultation with stakeholders and defining / optimising business processes and workflows in response.
- High-level stakeholder management, collaboration and problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively develop innovative solutions to address student and staff user needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Symplicity products would be an advantage.
Salary details
The salary range for this full-time position is $112,811 - $129,300 per annum, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
