About the Position
Bond University is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and drive student attraction and acquisition.
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape student recruitment through bold, data-driven strategies – including performance media, SEM and automation. You’ll oversee major campaigns, manage key external partnerships, and lead a high-performing team of specialists—all while championing marketing automation and personalisation to deepen engagement with prospective students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Lead SEM strategies to maximise visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support campaign performance
- Drive marketing automation strategies to enhance personalisation and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and recruitment teams to align campaign priorities and messaging
- Manage relationships with external media and marketing automation agencies to optimise performance and ROI
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Oversee marketing strategies for new product launches and program suites, including Executive Learning
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence and curiosity

The Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager plays an integral role in bringing this vision to life.
About the person
The successful candidate will be an innovative and strategic marketer with a strong foundation in digital and performance marketing, and a flair for using data and technology to drive results.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and data analytics
- Experience managing large-scale domestic and international campaigns
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A customer-centric approach and the agility to drive change and innovation
Salary details
The salary range for the position commences at $112,811.36 per annum plus 12% superannuation per annum.
Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to 12 months and is a Parental Leave Cover, with twelve months' probation.
