Description

Community planning and design require a sound understanding of the needs of diverse communities and local place characteristics. Active engagement, community building and placemaking are integral parts of community planning.  This subject is intended to provide the students with the theories, tools and practices of community planning for building inclusive and sustainable communities.  It will also prepare the students to develop a community planning proposal with a focus on sustainability.
