How can the profound teachings of Buddhism illuminate our understanding of existence, inner peace, and the interconnectedness of all beings? This subject will give you both knowledge and practical experience of Buddhist philosophy.  Immerse yourself in the traditions of Zen, Mahayana, and Theravada Buddhism, and gain insight into karma, rebirth, and cosmology. Engage in an in-depth study of key texts and explore the contemporary relevance of Buddhism in different aspects of life. You will learn meditation practice and have the opportunity to visit local a Buddhist Temple.
