This subject explores how the impact of change in organisations and broader society has impacted the theory and practice of leadership. The nature of what is referred to as "Epoch Change" throughout the world is reviewed. How leadership theory and practice developed throughout this period of change is explored. A model consisting of several propositions that reflect this change is developed as participants develop their strategy’s for leading in the future. Participants are required to reflect on this model as they critically review what contemporary leaders have to say about leadership and related topics.
