Terms and Conditions
By updating your contact details, you agree to be entered into the draw to win one (1) of ten (10) Visa Gift Cards valued at AUD $50 each and to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
This giveaway is open to Australian-based careers advisors who update their contact details via the official form distributed by Bond University within 7 days of the email sent date.
Parents, family members, international careers advisors, education agents or their employees, staff or students at Bond University are not eligible to participate.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries made on behalf of another person or joint entries are not allowed.
Entry Requirements
Contact details must be updated in accordance with the instructions provided.
Entries that are incomplete, unclear, or incomprehensible will be deemed ineligible.
Prize Draw and Notification
Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
Winners will be notified of their Visa Gift Card details within 14 days of the draw via email or post to the details provided.
If a winner does not claim the prize or is in breach of these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited.
Prize Conditions
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Bond University may substitute the prize with another of similar value if the Visa Gift Card is no longer available.
Bond University makes no representation or warranty about the Visa Gift Cards or any products/services redeemed using them.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bond University accepts no responsibility and is not liable for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant from entering the draw or accepting the prize.
Bond University is not liable for any failure to run the giveaway or award the prize as planned due to circumstances beyond its control and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this giveaway.

By updating your contact details, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal information by Bond University in accordance with Bond University’s Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles, and consent to:
- Use of your data by Bond University for the purpose of administering this giveaway; and
