5 guided workouts by Bond Sports Centre trainers

Bond University students have access to Bond's state-of-the-art Sports Centre facilities, as well as a comprehensive timetable of group fitness classes. While you aren't on campus just yet, you can still workout under the guidance of our qualified, expert trainers.

These five workouts can be completed in your room or at home, designed and guided by Richard Ballie, Cat Kalivati and Aga Wito.
