Become a Climate Law Specialist
Whether you are an undergraduate or a postgraduate student, Bondโs Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor or Master of Laws programs offer students a unique opportunity to specialise in Climate Law.
You will learn and explore the legal frameworks that govern environmental protection and sustainability and be able to use your knowledge and skills to become a specialist in an increasingly important practice area, or advocate for climate action.
Study Climate Law as an Undergraduate Student
Bachelor of Laws students can specialise in Climate Law by selecting either a Specialisation (4 climate law electives), a Major (6 climate law electives), or a Double Major (12 climate law electives).
LLB students will earn a qualification that still allows them to seek admission as a lawyer, while gaining a specialised qualification in Climate Law as part of their degree.
The available Climate Law electives can be found by viewing the Subject Finder
NB. If LLB students wish to complete the Double Major, they must ensure that ALL law and general electives in their program are climate law electives, commencing in their first semester. The recommended program structure and sequence plan must be followed. The Double Major is not available to students enrolled in a combined degree.
Specialise in Climate Law as a Postgraduate Student
