2025 Future Success Competition

Terms and Conditions 

By entering the Future Success Competition (Competition) you accept the following terms and conditions.

Promoter
The promoter of the Competition is Bond University (ABN 88 010 694 121) Gold Coast, Queensland 4229 (Bond). 

Competition period
The Competition starts on 1 october 2025 at 12.01am AEST and will close on 31 October 2025 at 11.59pm AEST (Competition Period). Any entry submitted outside the Competition Period will be invalid.

Eligibility
1. The Competition is open to all residents of Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales (Entrant).
2. Entrants who are under 18 years acknowledge and agree that they have obtained the consent of their parents or guardian to enter the Competition.
3. Current Bond students, Bond employees and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter the Competition.

How to enter
1. Entry into the Competition is free. To enter, Entrants must complete and submit the Competition entry card available from Bond or on the Competition page via the Bond website at bond.edu.au/2024-future-success-competition. Each Entrant represents and warrants that all details provided with their entry card are true and correct.
2. Entrants may enter multiple times.

Prize

  1. The random prize draw will be drawn once at the end of the month, on the nearest regular workday as determined by Bond, at Bond’s Campus, Gold Coast, Queensland 4229.
  2. The winning Entrant will be awarded one of the following prizes, the choice of which will be determined by Bond:

• One Bond University branded Frank Green water bottle

• One pair of branded Bond University socks

  1. There will be 20 of each of the above available prizes to be awarded.
  2. The above amount may be exceeded at the discretion of Bond.
  3. No part of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash.
  4. The Entrant who is randomly drawn as the winner will be notified via telephone or email using the details provided in their entry card.

In the event that Bond cannot successfully contact the Entrant who was randomly selected as the winner within 

  1. three (3) days of the draw, or the Entrant was ineligible, Bond will award the Prize to the next randomly selected Entrant. Bond will continue this process until an Entrant has been successfully contacted and has confirmed their eligibility to be awarded a Prize.
  2. Any decision by Bond regarding selection of the winning Entrant is final and binding.

Release and liability

  1. To the full extent permitted by law, Bond excludes all liability arising in connection with this Competition, any entry or the Prize.
  2. Bond is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, incomplete or corrupted entry whether due to error or otherwise. Bond is under no obligation to accept any entry which is not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. Bond reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify (which may include the provision of a similar prize of equivalent value to the Prize) or suspend the Competition, in which case it will post a notice via the competition page on the Bond website at bond.edu.au/2025-future-success-competition.
  4. Without prejudice to any other rights of a party, each Entrant indemnifies Bond against any loss, claim or damage arising from the Entrant’s participation or entry in the Competition or winning the Prize.

Privacy

  1. Bond may collect, store and use personal information collected from Entrants in order to conduct the Competition and related purposes, including marketing and promotional purposes.
