Working with the Student Systems and Data team, this position is responsible for the administration and updates to the Bond University student system. The primary focus is maintaining the accuracy and development of curriculum on Student One platform, as well as ensuring the quality, responsiveness, and effectiveness of user support.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Systems and Data, the Student Systems Officer will contribute to the business analysis, testing and implementation of student systems as well as evaluate and implement improvements to user service and operating efficiencies.

About the person

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience is required for this position.
  • Experience specifically with curriculum management, student administration or other complex information systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to formulate and implement practical solutions to complex problems is essential
  • Ability to develop effective working partnerships with both internal and external staff at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to interrogate and present data using tools like Excel, Crystal and/or SQL

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $83,053.24 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
