About the Position

 This position will report directly to the Manager - Clinical Placements and will be covering a internal staff secondment. 

 The primary role of this position is to coordinate and implement the administrative aspects of placing students within the Bond University Medical Program and Allied Health Programs with healthcare partners for their workplace experience, and to ensure those placements run effectively and efficiently.  This role will be one of the first points of contact for staff, students and clinicians pertaining to placements in the program.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with high-level administration skills to become an integral member of the team. In this position, you will thrive on working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team and will be interested in cross-training and progressing your career.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Ability to provide a high standard of administrative support including a strong organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate IT literacy skills, with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student systems or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for communicating with a range of people.
  • Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
  • Has high-level organisational and time management skills.
  • Team player and contributes to team outcomes.
  • Holds a business qualification or relevant workplace experience.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $69,843.17 per annum, plus 12% superannuation. 


*Please note: Due to the nature of the position as a backfill, it may be necessary to vacate the position earlier than the expected date. The Employee will be advised by the giving of 4 weeks' notice should the term of employment end earlier.
