About the Position

Bond University is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Learning Support Officer. This position will be responsible for supporting our expanding executive learning programs at the Bond Brisbane and Gold Coast campuses.  This exciting position will encompass overall administrative duties, including managing enquiries, coordinating events, assisting with marketing, handling various administrative and financial tasks, and overseeing the daily operations at Bond Brisbane. Further by enhancing customer service levels and ensuring the effective delivery and promotion of events and executive learning programs, this position will contribute to the success and overall customer service experience at Brisbane campus.

The Executive Learning Support Officer will report to the Director of Executive Learning and will be based at the Bond Brisbane Campus. There may be a requirement to occasionally work evenings or weekends to support executive education programs and events.

About the person

This exciting opportunity will be looking for candidates to have the following:

  • A degree qualification and/or a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in an education, corporate learning, organisational development, marketing, administration or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in using information technology, especially the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly and harmoniously with all levels of staff, alumni, students, and community members.
  • Ability to take initiative in educational project development duties and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Established professional judgment, including the ability to resolve emergent issues with a high degree of discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and independence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and collaborate with staff from other teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary details

The salary range for the position commences at $80,787.14 to $83,053.24 per annum, (dependant on skills, qualifications and experience), plus 12% superannuation.
