About the position
We are currently recruiting suitably experienced, motivated and customer focussed Cook/Commis Chef/Demi Chefs to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team at Bond University.
Responsible for delivering exceptional product and service, these fast paced roles will also prepare food following set guidelines, ensuring food and beverage procedures are adhered to.
By your contribution you will endeavour to make the operation a venue for students and guests to enjoy professional effective service, great product selection and pleasant safe surroundings and that Bond University complies with State and Federal legislation for OH&S and health and hygiene.
About the person
To be successful in securing one of these fantastic positions you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An appropriate level of training to perform cooking duties
- A working understanding of HACCP and its application to the workplace
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven ability to work effectively in a busy team environment and under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary details

The hourly rate will be negotiated commensurate on skills and experience, plus 10.5% superannuation. Salary packaging options are available for eligible employees.
