There are many ways you can contact us.

Feedback options

You might have noticed the feedback button in Library Search. This handy tool automatically tells us which page your feedback relates to, making it easy to report:

  • Issues with searching
  • Broken links
  • Offensive or sensitive content
  • General feedback or suggestions

You can submit feedback anonymously, or include your details if you’d like us to follow up.

Library Research Guides, Bookings, and FAQs use a different feedback form where you can:

  • Ask a question
  • Share an idea
  • Give praise
  • Report a problem
