Students helping students commences Week 2 in Main Library

Peer support for a strong start

Starting university can be exciting—and a little overwhelming. That’s where our Students Helping Students program comes in. Students Helping Students is a peer-assisted learning program designed specifically for new students, offering friendly, informal support from trained student mentors who’ve been where you are.

Whether you’re looking for help with study strategies, understanding course content, or just want to connect with others, our student mentors are here to make your transition into university life smoother and more successful. Through group sessions, study drop-ins, and campus-wide events, we help you build the confidence and skills you need to thrive.

Connect. Learn. Succeed—with Students Helping Students.

Find a time that suits you, and register to secure your spot. If the student mentor is free you can just drop in.
