OpenAthens authentication for online library resources

The Library is transitioning to a new mechanism for authentication to online library resources.

OpenAthens is an authentication tool that provides secure and flexible access to licensed online resources via single sign-on (SSO) technology. It is replacing EZProxy.

OpenAthens enables access to Library subscriptions directly from most large publisher websites as well as via links from the Library website, Library Search and your Resource Lists.

The official switch is happening from 20 August, 2024 and almost all of our vendors will be active within 24-48 hours.

If you have any questions about this change, do not hesitate to contact us after reviewing the project FAQs.
