Open Access Library Collections

The swimming pool was a significant and picturesque new facility for the University, 1990

 

Did you know that the Library has many various collections of free-to-read and download resources that you can use for personal research and study?  

Simply known as â€˜Collections’ these Open Access resources include Bond University History Collections and Open Educational Resources that feature a wide array of content that can be used for educational purposes. 

Today’s focus is on the Bond Gallery in the Bond University History collection which also includes collections of Bond Publications and Memorabilia

There are six pictorial collections in the Bond Gallery that provide an insight into the early years of the University’s growth, rapid adoption of technology, and frequent events.

These collections highlight key people who created the design and oversaw the construction of our beautiful campus, and also provided the foundation of our ground-breaking three-semester academic year structure. They set up the tenets of providing the highest quality educational standards and the best learning experience for students for decades to come. 

Exploring the Buildings, Structures and Establishments collection is an intriguing walk back in time. In the Events & Activities collection, you’ll find that cultural diversity and celebrating achievements, and historical milestones have always been a part of the Bond University ethos.
