LAWS77-603: External Mooting and Competitions

Description

External Mooting and Competitions is an elective subject in the Juris Doctor program offered by the Faculty of Law. The subject can be undertaken by students who have been selected as a team member representing Bond in an external mooting competition. Participation will require the student to work with other team members in the preparation of written submissions (memorials) that comply with competition requirements and prepare for and participate in the oral rounds of the competition. Not all students will necessarily moot during the competition, but all will be expected to engage in practice moots in the lead up to the competition. Students must also meet the registration criteria for the particular moot in which they are involved.
