Learning outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding of the areas of law most relevant to rural and regional legal practice in Australia, including: a) wills and estates; b) business structures; c) criminal law; d) family law; e) property law and native title.
- Demonstrate competency in exercising the following skill with creativity, initiative and judgement: a) Present written arguments and submissions consistent with the principles of rurality in regional practice.
- Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, including a commitment to: a) learning and working independently and reflectively; b) behaving ethically and responsibly; c) managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
