Refunds due to withdrawals:
- Prior to 31 December 2022 = 95% refund (administration fees to cover initial ticketing fees)
- Prior to 15 January 2023 = 50% refund
- To discourage late withdrawals and cover costs (e.g., catering), refunds are not available after Thursday, 27 January 2023.
