Linda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and subject co-ordinator for Nutrition and Food Science.
Linda has worked as a dietitian in Australia for 3 decades in a variety of settings including hospitals, community health, clinical education, and private practice. Linda’s professional interest areas are plant-based diets and gut health.
Linda is committed to sharing her extensive dietetic knowledge and experiences with students and helping them achieve their full potential on their journey to becoming a dietitian. In addition to her teaching role, Linda is working towards her PhD on vegetarian diets and sarcopenia
