Professional biography

Deb has been teaching international students since 1998, and has been a teaching in the Faculty of Society & Design since 2004. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students in English language subjects and has also taught in the areas of Applied Linguistics and Australian Popular Culture. She is currently enrolled in a PhD program at Bond University. Her research investigates the factors that influence higher education teachers' adoption and use of digital textbooks.

Teaching expertise

Deb has been involved in developing and teaching English as an International Language subjects, and is particularly interested in teaching academic writing skills.
