This subject introduces you to central teachings of Buddhism. It examines fundamental Buddhist concepts such as suffering and its cessation, enlightenment, rebirth, nirvana, and the practice of meditation. In Buddhist Philosophy, you will also explore the traditions of Zen, Mahayana and Theravada Buddhism.
