LAWS77-588: Enterprise Reputational Risk and Social Responsibility

Description

Enterprise Reputational Risk and Social Responsibility is a compulsory subject in the Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance offered by the Faculty of Law. The subject will examine the social and legal responsibilities of the enterprise towards others. Students will learn about the enterprise’s responsibilities towards both humans (including employees, customers and the community) and non-humans (including natural resources, animals and the environment).
