Foundations of Enterprise Law and Governance is a compulsory subject in the Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance offered by the Faculty of Law. The subject will introduce students to the foundations of their legal and ethical obligations as directors and officers: legal rules and ethical principles generally, the Australian legal system and the sources of law in Australia, and the basic rules and doctrines of tort law and contract law.

Law graduates should not enrol in this subject.
This subject is not available as a general elective. To be eligible for enrolment, the subject must be specified in the students’ program structure.
