About the Dispute Resolution Legal Research Team
The area of Dispute Resolution (DR) has been a signature area of research and scholarship and professional legal training practice for the Bond Law Faculty since 1989 – particularly under the auspices of the Bond Dispute Resolution Centre. It is important that we capitalise on this opportunity continue to grow and extend the Faculty’s reputation in this field and our collective research efforts moving forward are a critical aspect of this endeavour.
