Director Institute: Next Generation Directors
A Director Institute and Bond University Collaboration
The Get Board Ready® Program will equip aspiring and current board directors with the foundations to best practice boardroom governance. This online program is designed for new and aspiring directors, senior executives, and managers who want to gain knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of boards and directors.
ASBA School Governance Program

The Centre for Enterprise Governance, in partnership with the Association of School Business Administrators (ASBA), has designed the ASBA School Governance Program for ASBA members, School Board/Council members and School Leadership Teams. The series of seven courses can be completed in any order and cover critical areas of professional development such as law and ethics, the role and function of the board, risk management and accounting.
Insolvency: Law and Practice (AIIP)

The Faculty of Law has partnered with the Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners to offer a comprehensive course for those wishing to become Liquidators in the future. The Insolvency: Law and Practice (ILP) course is offered wholly online in modular format. The course will provide participants with a clear understanding of the principles, processes, law and practice of corporate and personal insolvency, and specifically, the responsibilities of Liquidators.
Personal Insolvency Professionals Accreditation Program (PIPA)

The Faculty of Law has partnered with the Personal Insolvency Professionals Association to offer the first course for Personal Insolvency Professionals. The Personal Insolvency Professionals Accreditation Program (PIPAP) is offered wholly online in a modular format. The course will provide students with a clear understanding of the principles, processes, law and practice of personal insolvency, and specifically the responsibilities of Administrators and Trustees under Part IX and Part X of the Bankruptcy Act.
