Student Affairs and Service Quality: Bond Business School

Welcome to the Bond Business School! My name is Marcus Randall and I’m the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Service Quality (SASQ) in the Bond Business School (BBS). Working closely with Angela Higgins, Manager for Student Affairs and Service Quality, our School SASQ Office provides a key point of contact to all BBS students as they navigate the complexities of enrolment, progression, examination, and graduation during their time with us.

We understand that tertiary study can be challenging, and our SASQ team is committed to providing a professional and responsive support service to BBS students. Student health and wellbeing is a key priority and toward that end, we can assist as necessary by providing a confidential, personalised support service.

Should you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at: [email protected] or phone our office on +61 7 5595 2266 to arrange an appointment.
