Bond International Week: a celebration of global culture and cuisine

With a student body comprising more than 70 nationalities, Bond University prides itself on its global outlook, and what better way to celebrate this than with a week-long showcase of international culture and cuisine!

International Week, or I-week, allows the entire Bond community to come together to engage with different cultures, experience new and different types of cuisine and generally have a lot of fun.

Be sure to make the most of this exciting week, which runs from Monday March 3 to Friday March 7, by attending as many internationally-themed events as you can.

Monday, March 3

4.00pm to 6.00pm - Launch Party, presenting Global Food Fest, Don's Tavern (due to weather)

Tuesday, March 4

6.00pm to 8.00pm - Lawyers Networking event, at the University Club

Wednesday, March 5

12 noon to 2.00pm - Muslim Students Association present Wednesday by the Water, at ADCO Amphitheatre

1.00pm to 3.00pm - Indian Students Association present Holi Festival, behind South Tower

Thursday, March 6

6.00pm to 8.00pm - Wine and cheese tasting, hosted by the French Enthusiast Club, at Don’s Tavern

8.00pm onwards - Mid Semester Bash, at Don’s Tavern

Friday, March 7

12 noon to 2.00pm - Friday by the Water, at ADCO Amphitheatre

3.00pm to 5.00pm - Chinese Student Association presents China Town, in the Postgraduate Lounge

6.00pm onwards - International Week presents The Gala Student Ball, in the Princeton Room
