About the Position:  
The Bond University Food & Beverage Team are currently seeking a Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic and hardworking team. Reporting to the General Manager, Hospitality Services, this role will be responsible for the marketing of the Food & Beverage department including liaising with internal stakeholders, administering social media for the University food outlets and events, producing menus and signage and marketing related administration. 

About the person

The successful candidate will have: 

  • A minimum of two years experience in marketing within the Hotel / Hospitality Industry
  • The ability to liaise, with a broad range of stakeholders and clients
  • Well developed planning and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work across a range of projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated high-level of computer literacy in operating Microsoft software packages
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with good attention to detail 
     

Salary details

The adult rate for this position is $36.18 per hour plus 10.5% superannuation.
