The Project Officer will coordinate and support the delivery of business improvement projects and initiatives within the Faculty, reporting to the Business Services Manager. They will assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, while also identifying opportunities to optimise processes and implement innovative solutions. Through strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration, the role aims to enhance operational efficiency and support the rollout of University-wide systems and projects.
About the person
The person is a detail-oriented and organised professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and experience coordinating business improvement or change projects, ideally within an education or training environment. They excel in stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and managing competing priorities. Skilled in project management tools and methodologies and will bring a proactive and collaborative approach to driving process improvements and supporting organisational change.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $83, 210.75 FTE per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
