About the position

Reporting to the Manager - Curriculum, this position will support accreditation and curriculum administration of Faculty programs.

In this position you will be a point of co-ordination for program accreditation, including documentation, site visits, and annual reports. You will also support the delivery, evaluation, and reporting for our programs, and faculty and program committees. You may also be involved in other Curriculum Team activities, including planning and co-ordination of timetabling and resources.

This position also offers opportunity for you to cross-train and potentially progress your career within the Faculty.

About the person:

For this position, you will have:

  • The ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team in a growth environment;
  • Experience with co-ordinating stakeholder input;
  • High-level IT literacy skills and competency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel;
  • The ability to analyse and interpret data and manage multiple priorities, with exceptional attention to detail, in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
Salary details:

The salary for the position commences at $60,757.84 (Full Time Equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation per annum. The salary will be pro-rated based on 22.5 hours each week, at $36,454.70 plus 10.5% superannuation per annum.
