This is a full-time position for the next three-years working in Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine.
In this position, you will help lead the team as they provide expertise in developing, implementing, and operating students’ work experience placements. You will also liaise with stakeholders, assist with implementing strategic and operational priorities, and ensure the high-quality application of policies and procedures.

We are looking for applicants who:
- Enjoy working independently, manage multiple tasks, and develops improvement initiatives;
- Have highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills for communicating with a range of people;
- Can provide high-level administrative support and exceptional organisational skills;
- Have high-level IT and Microsoft Office Suite skills, and the ability to support and train others;
- Have significant relevant experience with contract administration, business systems and liaising with high-level external partners, or has a business qualification.

The salary for the position will range from $71,051.99 to $75,379.04 (Full-Time Equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation per annum, negotiable on skills and experience.
