About the position

The Faculty of Society & Design is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Faculty HR Administrator. As an integral member of the faculty’s professional services team, this position will assist coordinate with the smooth processing of human resources administration for the Faculty. This includes the full range of activities within the HR lifecycle including recruitment, managing the integrity of our HRIS, semesterly contracts,, contract variations salary packaging, and staff separation activities. The position will also assist with a range of other administrative functions as required.

About the person:

The successful applicant will have an undergraduate degree with HR qualifications and relevant HR work experience.  We are seeking a customer focused individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are mandatory, demonstrated by the ability to liaise, consult and present to a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

Salary details:

The commencing salary for this position is $71,051.99 plus 10% superannuation per annum.
