About the position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Student Business Services, the Timetabling & Examinations Officer will work as part of a team on the timely and accurate production of class and examination timetables for each semester of study (three times per year).  

About the person:

The successful candidate will have a degree level qualification from a recognised educational institution.  Demonstrated knowledge of timetabling systems, student allocation systems and student management systems.

You will be a problem solver and have high-level time management and organisational skills.  Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills including attention to detail is required.  You will have well developed computer skills particularly in the use of software for databases including Technology One Student Management System (Student One) Syllabus Plus.  As part of a team you will have relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.  You will demonstrate a great work ethic and feel confident in progressing multiple tasks.

The salary for this position commences at $71,051.99 per annum (Full Time Equivalent) plus 17.5% superannuation per annum.
