About the position
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, this role will be responsible for providing high level administrative and operational support to the HR Specialist team. The role will support HR processes including annual performance reviews, academic promotions and conversions. It will also be required to provide strong administrative support with end to end recruitment activities, staff induction and professional development courses.
- About the person:
The successful applicant will have a degree in HR or equivalent qualifications and experience as well as a minimum of two years experience in a HR generalist role. This role requires a sound knowledge of HR systems, policies and procedures along with a demonstrated understanding of employment legislation, awards and agreements. Experience with Alesco and a HRIS would be highly desirable.

The salary for this position will commence at $60,007.74 per annum plus 10% superannuation.
