About the position

The Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience team at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University's global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities, and to encourage more students to consider, engage with, and ultimately choose to study at Bond University.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Strategic Marketing Manager and Directors of Domestic and International Recruitment to help bring these goals to life and assist them in meeting their recruitment targets.

This dynamic role is the direct liaison with both the domestic and international recruiters and the central events team. They will create a seamless process in planning, creating, and delivering content, collateral and marketing assets to support these teams in their drive to increase enrolment numbers.

Virtual events have become a growing area and need for the university; as the primary marketing conduit for events, this role is integral in coordinating and supporting these activations in collaboration with the events team.

Forging relationships with the domestic and international teams is important for this role as they will support these teams with student exhibitions and tradeshows. They will ensure brand integrity is maintained and deliver marketing collateral and communications for these events.

The Marketing Coordinator will also work effectively with their colleagues to leverage their skills and specialisations to deliver high quality marketing initiatives. 

With a keen ability to learn new digital marketing technologies, the Marketing Coordinator will become well versed in marketing automation, a critical and sophisticated tool to enhance engagement and the overall customer experience. 

Developing email communications and creating automated workstreams for student recruitment and future student onboarding tactics is key to the role. Assessing and measuring the success of these tactics is incumbent to this too.

About the person:

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer-centric marketer who possesses strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to communicate effectively. You will need the ability to work with a range of key stakeholders across the university and manage multiple priorities promptly. It is essential to have excellent writing, editing, time-management, briefing and proofreading capabilities and attention to detail. Experience in working with automation and CRM systems is desirable. 

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail is essential as you will manage the process of developing the major publications for international and domestic markets in liaison with internal and external stakeholders. 

Salary details:

The commencing salary for this appointment is $68, 130 plus 10% superannuation pa.
