About the position

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the position of Future Student Advisor will assist in driving recruitment for the University with a strong focus on consistently delivering premium experiences to enhance conversion.

Future Student Advisors support prospective students and their families with enquiries about studying at Bond University across multiple channels, including phone and digital channels. They leverage their knowledge of the education sector and engage with key stakeholders across the University to provide accurate program advice and support throughout the application process.

About the person:

You will be an exceptional and confident communicator and have the ability and passion to accurately articulate the value of the Bond University Brand. Other skills include:

  • Ability to prioritise, problem solve, meet deadlines, and follow through to completion of tasks.
  • Highly-developed customer service skills with an innovative approach to go the extra mile and achieve targets
  • Outstanding business and analysis skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience will be ideal. Additionally working for a premium brand, higher education product knowledge, and/or the ability to speak a second language will be an advantage.

Salary details:

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $68,131 pa plus 10% Superannuation
