About the position
The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine is seeking to appoint a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Nutrition and Dietetics discipline. The Position will contribute to the discipline through delivering high quality learning experiences for students in the Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice Program across any combination of the primary domain areas including medical nutrition therapy, foodservice dietetics, and community and public health nutrition.
Responsibilities of the position will include teaching and assessment of students, supporting domain leads to deliver high impact teaching as well as supervise student’s professional placements aligned to the expertise of the successful candidate.
- About the person:
The successful candidate will be an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia. They will have a track record of effective teaching, learning, and academic administration within the higher education sector. Candidates will be expected to have experience in teaching at a university level and have had involvement with supervising nutrition and dietetic students on professional placements.
