About the position
This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified academic to join the Faculty of Society & Design at an exciting time of growth and development.
The emphases of the position are to deliver and undertake teaching and research within the areas of project management and innovation. Our courses are discipline-generic and not focused on construction/engineering (i.e. must be able to teach across discipline boundaries). Additional experience related to any of the areas listed below would be favoured:
- Business transformation
- Finance and portfolio management
- Sustainable development
- About the person:
The successful applicant will hold a PhD in a cognate field and have extensive relevant industry or research experience. It is desirable that the applicant is a certified professional practitioner with the AIPM, PMI or equivalent professional association and have a strong professional network.
As a member of academic staff, you will be responsible for contributing to teaching, research and service in the Faculty and University at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. You will also engage in professional and industry liaison and provide student support within the Faculty.

Remuneration for this position commences at $119,681 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation.
