About the position

This is an outstanding Gold Coast opportunity for an established brand specialist and creative marketer.

The Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience team at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University’s global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities and to encourage more students to consider, engage with, and ultimately choose to study at Bond University.

The Brand and Creative Manager will work closely with the Director of Brand, Marketing and Customer Experience and the broader team to implement the Global Positioning, Growth and Acquisition Strategy 2019 - 2022. The role will act as the brand guardian for the University and is responsible for building and maintaining the University’s distinct visual identity and brand position. The Brand and Creative Manager will drive efficiencies through improved production process, inject creativity and innovation as well as manage a high performing team.

The role will oversee the development of all creative assets, and the implementation of a strong and compelling content strategy. They will also oversee the production of all video content and managing and enhancing the universities social media presence and communities. The Brand and Creative Manager will support a team of six staff and will develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery of key priorities.

About the person:

The successful candidate will be well established in their career, with strong experience in creative production, content strategy and brand management. They will be an experienced team manager will an ability drive high quality output and production efficiencies. The Brand and Creative Manager will be a highly effective communicator and have a demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary details:

The salary range for this appointment is $92 661 to $101 253 p.a plus 9.5% superannuation, negotiable on skills and experience.
